Who will I work with?

You’ll work directly with Will, an independent website designer based in Australia. One person to discuss the brief with and share feedback throughout your project.

Do I need to have everything ready?

Bring what you have: your logo, photos, business details and any existing website or social page. We’ll agree on what else is needed and who will prepare it before the project starts.

Can you work with businesses outside Australia?

Yes. The brief, design review and handover can all happen online. We’ll agree on meeting times and show the currency clearly in your quote.

Who owns my domain and website?

Your domain should be registered in your name. Your quote will explain the website handover, hosting arrangement and any third-party subscriptions before you commit.

Will my website rank first on Google?

No one can promise that. Your site will have a clear structure, useful page titles and mobile-friendly layouts. Ongoing search marketing is a separate conversation.

What happens after launch?

We’ll agree on a handover and any ongoing support in your quote. Small content updates can be arranged separately, so you know what is included and what costs extra.
