Who handles your information

Will Ho Studio is the web-design service run by Will in Australia. Will reviews enquiries and is your contact for privacy questions. This policy covers this studio website and its fictional demos; client websites need their own policies that reflect their activities.

What we collect

The enquiry form requires your name, email address, business name, package choice and confirmation that you have read the privacy notice and agree to enquiry-related contact. Your website or social page and project description are optional. We save the submission time and the version of the acknowledgement wording you accepted.

Communications may also include project requirements, quotes and correspondence. Hosting and security providers process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser details and security events. See the cookie policy.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, medical information or other sensitive information through this form. If you share someone else’s details, ensure you are authorised to do so. This site has no payment checkout.

Why we use it

We use information to save and assess your enquiry, send an automatic acknowledgement, discuss your project, prepare a quote, provide agreed services, resolve issues and maintain business records. Technical information helps deliver and protect the site. Without required details the form cannot be submitted; you can instead email us.

An enquiry does not subscribe you to newsletters or advertising. We do not sell enquiry details or deliberately place advertising pixels or analytics trackers on this site.

Service providers and overseas processing

Enquiries are saved in the site database and emailed to Will’s Gmail inbox. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting and storage; Resend sends notifications and acknowledgements; Google provides the email inbox. These providers process information needed for those functions. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or reasonably necessary to address a legal claim.

Processing can occur outside Australia. Resend stores customer data, including email content and delivery logs, in the United States. Other providers operate internationally; their processing and support locations can vary. We have not confirmed a complete country list for hosting and inbox providers. Contact us before submitting if you need clarification about locations. Submitting an enquiry does not waive privacy rights or authorise unrelated uses.

Storage, security and retention

Enquiries are held in the database, email inbox and relevant provider records. We use HTTPS and restrict access to the accounts and tools used to operate the service. No internet service guarantees absolute security.

Records are kept while reasonably needed to handle the enquiry or project, meet recordkeeping obligations or resolve a dispute. We review whether information is still needed and arrange deletion or de-identification where appropriate. Database records, email copies and provider backups have separate deletion processes; deletion is not necessarily immediate across every system.

Your choices and complaints

Email below to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw permission for further enquiry-related contact, or raise a complaint. We may need proportionate identity verification. Legal recordkeeping or dispute obligations can affect deletion; we will explain any refusal or restriction. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out.

We aim to respond to privacy requests and complaints within 30 days, or explain a delay. If unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where it has jurisdiction, or another relevant regulator.

Updates

We update this page when practices change. Its date identifies the current version. Material new uses will be explained before introduction, with consent sought where required.
