Terms & conditions

Using this website and arranging a website-design project.

Website use and enquiries

This website presents Will Ho Studio’s web-design services. You may browse it and submit a genuine enquiry. Do not use it for unlawful activity, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content or repeatedly send unwanted enquiries.

Submitting the form requests contact; it is not a purchase, confirmed booking or acceptance of a paid project. No payment is taken here. A project begins only when both parties accept a written quote or agreement identifying the supplier and agreed work.

Scope, prices and payment

Package prices are starting prices in Australian dollars for the website build. The written quote will state the total payable, any applicable GST, scope, pages, integrations, payment stages, delivery assumptions and ongoing costs before you accept. Domain registration, hosting, third-party subscriptions and optional support are separately scoped and itemised. A once-off build price does not mean hosting or subscriptions are free forever.

Changes outside the agreed scope require your approval of the cost and timing before work proceeds. We do not automatically enrol you in ongoing support.

Revisions, delivery and handover

A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback on the agreed design or content. Basic includes two rounds and Business three. A new scope is quoted separately. Correcting our errors or providing a remedy required by law is not charged as an extra revision round.

Delivery dates depend on agreed requirements, timely content and approvals. We will discuss material delays and a reasonable revised timetable. Your quote will explain the hosting platform, access, source-code or export arrangements, third-party licences, support and handover before you commit.

Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of materials you supply and must have the rights needed to use them. Give us permission to use them only as needed for the agreed project. Ownership or licensing of newly created work is agreed in the project agreement. Third-party software, fonts and stock assets retain their own licences and cannot be promised as exclusively yours.

We will ask for permission before displaying your finished project, name or testimonial in our portfolio. The demos are fictional design examples, not completed client work. Their booking controls do not make reservations or process payments.

Results and third-party services

We do not promise a search ranking, customer volume or revenue. Booking, hosting and other providers have their own functionality, charges and terms. Their involvement does not remove our responsibility for work we supply or your rights under law.

Consumer rights, cancellation and disputes

Nothing here excludes, restricts or changes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Business customers can also have those rights. See our refund and cancellation policy.

Contact us about a problem so we can seek a resolution. You remain free to seek help from a consumer protection agency, tribunal, court or other appropriate body. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, exclude liability wholesale or require you to give up statutory rights.

Privacy and changes

Our privacy policy explains information handling. New website terms apply prospectively; changing this page does not retrospectively change an accepted project agreement. Material project-contract changes require agreement.
